In 2002, Chill Members volunteered at the NHL All-Star Week event.
On February 24, 2007, LA Chill members worked both sides of the LA Kings “Hockey Fights Cancer” 5K Run/Walk. Goalie Anne Baker walked the course with Maria Moss, while Sheri Perry and Patty Born worked as volunteers at the finish line.
For the last five year, the Chill sponsored a skating party in conjunction with A Chance for Children.
CHANCE FOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION is a non-profit foundation dedicated to giving less fortunate children a chance to experience the beach, fresh air and to have a place to run, creating happy memories that could empower children to do their best.
