We don’t really have any official policy regarding player requirements. However, we look for the following things in players, some of which are rather subjective. But we’re a great, open-minded bunch of women whose priority is to have fun, so don’t let it frighten you!
Positive attitude – ability to have fun while being serious, not be too hard on oneself or other players, ability to fit in with the group and learn from the coach
Commitment – willingness to participate and play your part as a team player, showing up to practices and events, enthusiasm for the team, strong desire to improve skills
Skill – ability to skate and a love of hockey; being new is not a problem if you are willing to give it your best shot and learn!
